Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Lasa Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing other labor-related duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
