As a Financial Services Professional at RBC Dominion Securities, you'll help clients achieve their financial goals while we support your career growth. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, and provide personalized financial advice and planning.

What You'll Do:

  • You'll leverage RBC's extensive resources and expertise to create customized financial plans and investment portfolios for your clients.
  • You'll foster long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial objectives.
  • You'll work collaboratively with RBC partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive financial solutions.
  • You'll stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously develop your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • You'll have 4-6 years of experience in a sales or financial services role, with a proven track record of success.
  • You'll have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent, and be committed to ongoing professional development.
  • You'll have a passion for financial planning and a strong understanding of investment products and services.
  • You'll be a self-motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
