This role requires a visionary leader to oversee the fire service business in the local district office. Key responsibilities include supervising fire service technicians, developing business strategies, and implementing action plans to meet the district's objectives and drive profitable growth of the Fire Service business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement plans to maximize market potential, drive new bookings, and increase revenue and profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain effective customer communications, build strong relationships, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Productivity Improvement: Set fair territories, assign performance measurements, and motivate employees to achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all employees adhere to corporate safety programs, complete safety training, and report safety issues and hazards.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience with leadership abilities, including training, team building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Availability for local and regional travel, including nights and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
  • Bilingual French and English preferred.
