Fire Alarm Project Manager Job Description

Fire Safety and Protection LLC is seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Project Manager to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of fire alarm projects, including project management, cost control, and sales estimation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fire alarm projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with fire safety codes and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in fire alarm technology.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the fire alarm industry, with a strong background in project management.
  • Canadian Fire Alarm Association Certification (CFAA) and/or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
