We are seeking a skilled Boom Crane Operator to join our team at Foundation Building Materials. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating boom cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate boom cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment
  • Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Measure weight and calculate crane capacities to ensure safe lifting operations
  • Clean and lubricate cranes to maintain equipment performance
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Rig and hoist equipment to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in boom crane operation
  • Boom Truck Crane Operator Trade Certification
Work Environment:

As a Boom Crane Operator, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, lifting and moving heavy materials and equipment. You will be required to work under pressure and in physically demanding conditions.
