Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Kitimat. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage Inventory and Budgets: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure is essential. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
