We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring that high standards of food quality, customer service, and safety are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing staff, maintaining records, and preparing reports. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will need to maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for career advancement within our company. We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be flexible, a team player, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, maintaining records, and preparing reports
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and safety
  • Estimating ingredient and supply needs, and ordering materials as required
  • Addressing customer complaints or concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
