About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
