Vansky is seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Financial Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead our financial analysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and accounting systems, as well as providing financial advice and support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train staff on financial procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies, including financial reports and audit findings.
  • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain cost savings initiatives and internal control procedures.
  • Conduct field audits of businesses to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, and bonus opportunities.
