Job Overview
We are seeking an Insurance Broker to join our team. As a results-oriented sales professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales experiences, managing leads, and providing quotes to prospective clients in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional sales experiences from the first point of contact.
Manage leads and provide quotes to prospective clients in a timely manner.
Shop our extensive market options to find the best coverage for the best price.
Identify cross-sell opportunities to assist clients with all their insurance needs.
Prioritize building a quality book of business and maintain good retention ratios.
Recommend coverages based on individual customer needs.
Identify and cater to clients' changing insurance demands.
Adhere to underwriting criteria set out by broker partners.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
RIBO licensed or be willing to convert your existing Agent license.
At least 3 years of experience in insurance sales, or a proven sales history with great sales numbers.
High school or equivalent education.
