Job Title: Client Care Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Care Associate to join our team at Steele Auto Group. As a Client Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising customers of their upcoming service requirements, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and polite manner via phone, email, or other channels
  • Advise customers of their upcoming service requirements and schedule appointments
  • Manage workload efficiently to ensure customers are handled productively
  • Contact customers to provide accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries
  • Update customer information as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Ensure high-level customer satisfaction and repeat business by fulfilling customer queries
  • Partner with dealerships to communicate and fulfill customer needs
  • Accurately report and document customer details in appropriate systems and tools
  • Communicate and resolve customer issues effectively

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in French and English (considered an asset)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role with strong communication skills
  • Organized with ability to prioritize work and multitask
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
