Client Care Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Care Associate to join our team at Steele Auto Group. As a Client Care Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and polite customer service via phone, email, or other channels
- Advise customers of their upcoming service requirements and schedule appointments
- Manage workload efficiently to ensure customers are handled productively
- Communicate with customers to provide accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries
- Update customer information as required
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Ensure high-level customer satisfaction and repeat business by fulfilling customer queries
- Partner with dealerships to communicate and fulfill customer needs
- Accurately report and document customer details in appropriate systems and tools
- Communicate and resolve customer issues effectively
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role with excellent communication skills
- Organized with ability to prioritize work and multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
