We are seeking an experienced and skilled Energizing Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Ontario Smart Energy. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems in various locations throughout the province.

About the Role

As an Energizing Refrigeration Technician, your primary responsibility will be to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and measure and mark guidelines for installations. You will also load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, assemble and install refrigeration components, start up systems, and test for leaks using testing devices.

In addition to these tasks, you will perform routine maintenance such as recharging systems with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, and calibrating systems. Your expertise will also be required to repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.
