Job Title: Student Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruiter to join our team at Great Tiger (KW Edu Consulting). As a Student Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting top talent from various educational backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies to effectively reach our target audience.
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from potential candidates, providing them with accurate information about our organization and job opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other marketing materials to showcase our company culture and values.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to engage with potential candidates and promote our brand.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material to support our recruitment efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to promote our organization and job opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
