Fountain Tire Winnipeg (Henderson Highway) is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter/Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Share product knowledge and technical expertise to build business and recommend services to customers.
  • Schedule appointments, provide quotes, and finalize sales.
  • Ensure accurate billing and follow up with customers.
  • Make proactive calls to determine customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of mechanical and tire service is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the automotive repair industry and a history of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintaining a valid driver's license is a condition of employment.
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
