We are a leading tile and stone supplier looking for a skilled administrative professional to join our team. As an office coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our office administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegate tasks to support staff and ensure deadlines are met
- Establish priorities and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory controls
- Oversee office administration and resolve conflicts as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree or diploma in business administration or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
