Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our office administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to support staff and ensure deadlines are met
  • Establish priorities and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory controls
  • Oversee office administration and resolve conflicts as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree or diploma in business administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
