Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 2244515 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
