Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at West Park Liquor Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that products are properly displayed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the store.
