About the Role

Edmonton Kenworth Ltd. is seeking a skilled Journeyman Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic to join our team in Lloydminster, responsible for delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

Possessing a high level of technical expertise, you will be performing complex repairs and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision, overseeing the work of apprentices assigned to you.

You will adjust equipment, diagnose and rectify defective parts, components, or systems, ensuring all work meets manufacturers' specifications and legislated regulations.

Installing new or replacement parts according to specifications, testing repaired equipment for optimal performance, and ensuring that all repairs, maintenance requirements, and/or modifications are completed to the highest standard.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technology and attending training sessions as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician certification with extensive heavy truck experience
  • Preferred experience working in a Heavy Duty Truck dealership environment
  • Dyno operation/troubleshooting and Cummins training would be an asset

About the Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.
