Chief Financial Officer

Ontario International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, the CFO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the airport's financial operations and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the airport's growth and success
- Oversee the development and administration of the airport's annual operating budget and capital budget
- Manage the airport's cash management, treasury, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Lead the annual audit of the airport's financials and periodic audits of revenue-generating agreements
- Manage the airport's overall financial interests, capital structure, and debt/equity mix
- Develop and evaluate short- and long-term financial goals, grant administration, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules governing financial and tax reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure required
- 10 years of progressively responsible and recent professional financial management experience in the aviation industry, including experience with budget, personnel management, and interagency coordination
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience at a commercial airport and working with an appointed board or elected officials is highly desirable
