Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Artisan Eats café.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless café operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Establish work schedules that balance productivity with staff well-being, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
