Payroll Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Delivery Manager to join our team at Magna International Inc. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, audit, and delivery for a large corporation with over 45,000 employees across the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of payroll services for a large corporation, ensuring accurate and timely execution while adhering to company policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Lead the payroll team in processing payroll and benefit transactions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their payroll needs and provide responsive support.
- Review and approve payroll transactions, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Manage a team of payroll delivery supervisors/team leads and specialists, providing guidance and training on payroll system processes and best practices.
- Develop and establish payroll audit procedures and reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy, investigating payroll incidents and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with Application Management Support team to optimize support processes, facilitating discovery sessions with Divisional Stakeholders to gather requirements for ongoing system and process enhancements.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in managing payroll function for large enterprise through a shared service delivery model.
- Experience in processing payroll and benefits using Ceridian Dayforce solution for US and CAN, with a strong understanding of US and CAN Tax and Garnishments.
- Previous experience with leading a large payroll team in a remote environment, with a proven track record of achieving high-quality results.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain sensitive and highly confidential information.
