Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to clients, recommending products, and creating a welcoming and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Recommend products based on client preferences and needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new launches and trends.
    • Communicate product information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Participate in inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
    • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in retail or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
