About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstylist to join our team at Style Forever Beauty Salon. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, trimming, and styling hair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hair care services to clients, including cutting, trimming, and styling hair.
  • Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hair care products and techniques.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest hair care trends and techniques.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the hair care industry, preferably as a Hairstylist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as cosmetology or beauty therapy.
  • Experience working with diverse client populations, including those with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of hair care products and techniques, including coloring, cutting, and styling.
