We are hiring for a Customer Service Associate at our Orchard Plaza location in Kelowna, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and manage cash handling duties.
  • Assist customers with product knowledge, locate items, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and backstock areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy with cash handling and transactions.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
