About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced beauty industry professional to join our team as a Sales and Education Advisor. As a key member of our sales and education team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and educating store teams on our unique products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events, and relationship building.
- Coordinate store visit schedules with managers and develop strategies to achieve sales goals and execute corporate initiatives.
- Create monthly calendars to support focus doors and drive sales growth.
- Sell ILIA products effectively and engage in outstanding customer service.
- Train store teams on hero products to increase retail sales and build brand advocates.
- Track and monitor event sales impact and initiate innovative ways to drive retail results.
- Communicate regularly with managers and store leadership to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the beauty industry as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador.
- Currently living in the Quebec, Canada metropolitan area.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong selling and training skills, with a proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
