At JC's Grill House, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to join our team. As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and banquets to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate events and banquets, including menu planning, decorations, and logistics
  • Manage event budgets and ensure that events are executed within budget
  • Supervise and train event staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Ensure that events are executed to the highest standards of quality and service
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure that events meet their expectations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
