We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Sales Associate to join our team at The Shoe Co.
About the Role:
As a Part-time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
- Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
- Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.
- Motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work efficiently in the fast-paced team environment.
- Openness to learn and develop new skills.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
