Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Linamar Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, and for leading a team of maintenance technicians to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and take corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities and ensure that costs are controlled and optimized.
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing maintenance teams and achieving maintenance goals.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
