Retail Store Manager

UNI WIRELESS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales floor activities, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Floor Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning tasks and duties.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a high level of store appearance, including organization and cleanliness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, reliable.
