Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Na Young Lee. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-time childcare in a home environment, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and engaging activities.
  • Develop and implement daily routines and activities that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and support for children.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in childcare and education.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in childcare or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a home-based setting, with occasional travel to appointments and activities.
