Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Rhea Quinto. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to families in their own homes.

Job Summary:
  • Provide childcare services to infants and children in a home setting
  • Assist with daily care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Engage children in play and educational activities to promote their cognitive and social development
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure the best possible care for children
Responsibilities:
  • Change diapers and assist with toilet training
  • Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas
  • Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
