We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of our data infrastructure.

This role will involve working closely with our infrastructure and cyber teams to ensure data security and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, data warehouse design, and data solution architecture.

Responsibilities will include designing and implementing event-driven, near-real-time, and streaming data solutions, as well as creating and guiding code templates for data pipelines and transformations.

The Data Architect will also be responsible for establishing standards for database system fields and transforming data to create a common data model.

This is a key role in our organization and will require a high level of technical expertise and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of data infrastructure
  • Work closely with infrastructure and cyber teams to ensure data security and integrity
  • Design and implement event-driven, near-real-time, and streaming data solutions
  • Create and guide code templates for data pipelines and transformations
  • Establish standards for database system fields
  • Transform data to create a common data model

Requirements:

  • 4 years University education in computer science, software engineering, or other relevant programs
  • Minimum experience of +6 years and up to and including 8 years of experience in data modeling, data warehouse design, and data solution architecture
  • Experience guiding data lake ingestion and data modeling projects in a cloud environment
  • Experience with designing and implementing event-driven, near-real-time, or streaming data solutions
