Compensation & Hours:
  • The salary is expected to be $70K-$85K/yr. based on experience
  • Shifts are 3-on, 3-off
  • Located in Taber, AB – must be willing to relocate or reliably commute
Position Summary:
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives regarding safety, quality, costs, and customer service
  • Coaching and motivating a team of production staff, ensuring targets are met, safety standards are upheld, and quality expectations are endorsed
  • Ensuring budgets and inventory levels are monitored – communicating as needed with other departments or supervisors
  • Creating production schedules; coordinating staff, equipment, and expected targets
  • Submitting reports on equipment, communicating with maintenance to identify issues and troubleshooting both long- and short-term solutions
  • Collecting data and reporting on targets to supervisors/managers
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Post Secondary education in Management, Supply Chain, or related
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Must be willing to relocate or commute to Taber
