Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 CAD, depending on experience. This is a competitive rate based on industry standards and reflects the value we place on our employees' skills and contributions.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual who is comfortable working outdoors and can lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs). As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespeople, performing routine maintenance tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

You will work on various construction sites, including residential and commercial projects. Your duties may include:

  • Loading and unloading materials from trucks and equipment;
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete and asphalt;
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing equipment;
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants;
  • Removing rubble and debris from construction sites;
  • Tending to machines and equipment used in construction;
