Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Roman Renovation Corporation.

Job Summary:

This is a permanent position that requires working on construction sites, performing various tasks such as loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and cleaning up spills. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Will train
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Physically demanding work
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
Work Environment:

This is an outdoor position that requires working in various weather conditions. The work site environment is noisy, dusty, cold, and hot.
