Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's a/o Dendres Corp. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
