Key Responsibilities
- Assist veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and pet parents
- Create a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients
- General housekeeping duties; cleanliness of work area, pet holding areas, and common areas
- Willingness to learn more regarding veterinary services, updated medical office procedures, and assisting the Veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments
About This Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Technologist Assistant to join our Neurology team at Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital.
This full-time position includes a range of responsibilities directly contributing to the efficient and effective daily operation of the department. The ideal candidate will have veterinary and/or administrative experience.
The primary responsibility will be to assist our Neurologist and RVT with various tasks and treatments, including patient handling, surgery prep, client communication, and scheduling consultations and procedures.
