This Accounts Receivable position is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team at Amico Group of Companies and gain exposure in supporting the organization in achieving its annual goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

">
  • Prepare and post customer payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts as needed, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Issue Statements of Account to customers, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
  • Initiate collection calls for past due receivables through telephone or email, leveraging relationships with sales and management teams to accelerate the collection process when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B collections is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate quick learning abilities, strong attention to detail, and effective organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
  • A college degree in Accounting is considered an asset but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage but not necessary.

In this role, we prioritize work experience, multi-tasking skills, and practical common sense over formal educational qualifications.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and market research, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $55,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
