About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory and records.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Recruit and hire staff, including conducting interviews and background checks.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-food kitchen environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
