About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory and records.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Recruit and hire staff, including conducting interviews and background checks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-food kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation and Benefits
