Medical Orderly Job Description

Résidence Lachance Sarrazin inc is seeking a Medical Orderly to join our team. As a Medical Orderly, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurements, wound care, and medication administration.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
