About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Oakville Children's Homes. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and eligibility for specific services
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement life skills workshops and programs
  • Provide suicide and crisis intervention as needed
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate and 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Judgement and ability to work under pressure
  • CPR and First Aid certification
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus benefits including dental, health, and vision care. Mileage is also paid. In addition, you will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
