Job Title: BIM Project Coordinator

WSP USA is seeking a highly skilled BIM Project Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of BIM standards and processes across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of company BIM standards, including model and graphic standards, drawing presentation, and data management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with general and project-specific BIM standards on all BIM projects.
  • Act as a lead or subject matter expert to assist the project BIM team at all design stages, from schematic design through to construction.
  • Work with project teams to coordinate model setup, drawing packages, model coordination, and other project requirements.
  • Ensure general and project-specific BIM processes and workflows are communicated to design team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM project delivery and coordination, with a preference for candidates with experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Technical college diploma or university degree in structural, electrical, mechanical engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Experience in the Microsoft suite of tools, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
