About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our stewarding department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.

Your primary focus will be on managing the cleaning schedules, coordinating inventory, and leading a team of stewards to achieve exceptional results.

With your passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, you will be an ambassador for our brand, embodying our values of LOVE ALL – SERVE ALL.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Schedules: Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Inventory Coordination: Coordinate the distribution of essential items, including china, glassware, linens, and silverware.
  • Team Motivation: Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Health Code Compliance: Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure all Health Code Standards are met and maintained at all times.
