Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Aurora, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc) to achieve high-quality results.
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and meet deadlines.

• Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship with a focus on fabrication techniques.
• Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, CWB) with a strong emphasis on quality control.
• Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting with a proven track record of success.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a strong commitment to safety.
