Fabrication Specialist

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Aurora, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing metal assembly and fabrication tasks using various welding techniques.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or construction setting, with a strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to identify metal structures and components requiring assembly.
• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and arc techniques to fabricate and repair metal structures.
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and meet deadlines.

• Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship is required.
• Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, CWB) is an asset.
• Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills are necessary.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment is required.
