Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Roots. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
