About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment & Personal Banking Specialist to join our Canadian Banking Branch network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver trusted financial advice and guidance to customers, leveraging your knowledge of financial sales and planning.
  • Educate customers on relevant financial insights and expert advice, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Create personalized financial plans, utilizing our financial planning tool modules and select advice-based tools and resources.
  • Drive results-driven sales and customer engagement, focusing on building long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with peers, customers, and partners to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience and ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A license to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
