We are seeking a highly motivated Investment & Personal Banking Specialist to join our Canadian Banking Branch network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver trusted financial advice and guidance to customers, leveraging your knowledge of financial sales and planning.
- Educate customers on relevant financial insights and expert advice, helping them make informed decisions.
- Create personalized financial plans, utilizing our financial planning tool modules and select advice-based tools and resources.
- Drive results-driven sales and customer engagement, focusing on building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with peers, customers, and partners to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven sales management experience and ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A license to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
