About the Role
Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Onsite Medical Representative to join our team. As an Onsite Medical Representative, you will play a critical role in providing medical care and support to Amazon employees on site. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
The Onsite Medical Representative will be responsible for providing first aid and emergency response services, conducting health assessments, and developing wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, managing workers' compensation claims, and participating in incident investigations and case management review meetings.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid certification in primary care paramedicine, emergency medical technology, or licensed practical nursing. A bachelor's degree in exercise sciences, exercise physiology, health sciences, or kinesiology is also acceptable. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping software.

Preferred Qualifications
A background in ergonomics, experience coaching on body mechanics, and proficiency in teaching first aid and CPR training are preferred qualifications. Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, familiarity with federal and provincial regulations, and proficiency in digital recordkeeping software are also beneficial.
