About the Role

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized treatment, education, and ongoing assessment of progress to patients using evidence-based modalities.
  • Facilitate abstinence-based, relapse prevention individual and group-based education and process-based content.
  • Identify treatment goals with patients and coordinate with broader clinical teams on a weekly basis.
  • Deliver high-quality psychoeducational and process groups using evidence-based modalities.
  • Coordinate case management and communication across an inter-professional team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the development, implementation, and follow-up of patient aftercare plans.
  • Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries and referent reports in a timely manner.
  • Complete detailed documentation and charting in accordance with relevant College standards.
  • Liaise with patients, family members, referral sources, and other members of the circle of care.
  • Engage in personal and professional development and maintain current documentation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counselling or Social Work (preferred).
